All orders are prepared and shipped out between 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Tracking will be emailed to you so you can follow your shipment process.

All orders over $125 or more will be eligible for FREE Domestic shipping.

Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. So, if you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us at Radiatecrystals@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. The sooner the better because once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes.

Returns

We want our customers to feel excited and happy after receiving their orders. That's why we want to hear from you whenever you are having any concerns with your order. In the event, you would like to return any items, we can offer a replacement if you are experiencing these two very rare issues:

1. Item is not the same item you ordered. We only accept returns if the crystal you received is not the correct type. Please note that each crystal is unique; variations in appearance are natural and contribute to their one-of-a-kind beauty. Even if a crystal closely resembles the image, slight differences will always be present, reflecting its individuality.

 

2. Item is damaged

In cases like these, just send some images to radiatecrystals@gmail.com showing us the problem within 10 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be able to process your request. Any requests after the 10 day period will not be eligible for a replacement. All sales are final.
